Do I Qualify For Unemployment Benefits

You can file for unemployment benefits in North Carolina if you:

After applicants file for an unemployment claim, their current or most recent employer, and any employers they worked for within the last six months of filing or reactivating a claim will be asked specific questions about the applicants separation from work.
