Hi Larry,Currently receiving SSDI for many years and got a part time a yr ago, Im making under The allowed to make $1,260 and list P/T Job due to Coronavirus.
But my question is with the Pandemic I filed for UNEMPLOYMENT and was approved for very little, Im told about a$600/week Federal Income added to EDD, if that Unemployment Income is over the $1,260 what happens to my SSDI with this extra $600 being NOT EARNED? Will it effect my SSDI since not earned actual income? Basically can you get Unemployment & SSDI at the same time and is there a Cap with Unemployment?
