Once there, select sign in to your account by clicking the Sign in link.

Lost Stolen Or Damaged Card
To request a replacement card, call ReliaCard customer service at 800-657-6343. If your card is lost or stolen, be sure to call immediately to prevent unauthorized charges. Your new card should arrive within 10 business days. You may request an expedited card, which should arrive within 2-3 business days. The cost to expedite card delivery is $12.50. Normal card replacement is free.

Protect Your Card Information
U.S Bank will not ask for sensitive account information such as your PIN, password, or account number via e-mail, phone, or text message. Beware of e-mail scams that try to steal your personal banking information by claiming there are problems with your unemployment payment, with your debit card, or with your account.

What To Do If You Don’t Receive Your Payment
If your payment is more than a few days late, call your unemployment office. They will be able to provide you with information as to whether or not your payment has been processed and what to do if your payment is delayed or there’s been some kind of issue.

Option : Activate Your Card Online
You can activate your debit card online on the Bank of America Arizona Unemployment Benefit debit card website.
Once there, click on Activate My Card as shown in the image below.
Next, you will be asked to enter your debit card number, as shown in the image below.
Once you have entered your debit card number, click Continue and follow the instructions to activate your card.
For security reasons you will need:
- the 16-digit number that appears on the face of the card
- the 3-digit card security number that appears on the back of the card
- the last four digits of your social security number.
During the activation process, you will be asked to create a personal identification number .
The PIN can be used to make ATM withdrawals and PIN purchases
Once the card is activated, you will be given the account balance and may begin using it immediately.
What To Watch Out For
- You may pay a fee to cash your check if you dont do so at your bank
- Once deposited, it might take a few days before all your money is available for use
Remember, checks can take a few days to arrive so this may not be the best option if you need funds quickly. If you have your own bank or credit union account or prepaid card, you may be able to use a mobile banking app to capture an image of the check and have it deposited into these personal accounts. Otherwise, you may need to make a trip to a financial institution to cash or deposit it, but be aware that it may take a few days until all the money appears in your account and is available for you to use.

How Long Do I Wait For The Edd Debit Card
Once you certify for the benefits, BofA sends you the card during the first week of your benefit payments. EDD approves all the payments made to your card. The card may take up to 5 business days to arrive at the address you provide during the application.
After that, EDD subsequent payments will automatically reflect in your card account as soon as they remit. State Disability Insurance beneficiaries receive the debit card, a payment notification , and a message for the California debit card for Unemployment and Disability Benefits.

To perform the transfer, most prepaid card providers will ask you to link your bank account by entering your bank accounts routing number and account number.
Your routing number is a 9 digit number that tells you where your bank account was opened. One place to search for it is at the bottom of your checkbook.
Its also known as your ABA or RTN number.
Make sure you have this ready. If you dont have the routing number of your bank account, check with your banks website.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Unemployment Benefit Payment
You can check the status on your Arizona Unemployment benefit payments online or by phone. In addition, you can view the latest benefit payment made to you and get information on the last time you filed, if you did not receive a payment.

Reliacard Activation Time Limit & Expiration
You must activate your card within 12 months of your first benefit payment, otherwise your payments will return to TWC. We cannot reissue these benefits.
Your ReliaCard is valid for two years, even if you stop receiving unemployment benefits. The expiration date is on the front of your card. Keep your ReliaCard in case you apply for benefits again before it expires. To avoid being charged a monthly inactivity fee, do not keep a balance on your card for more than 12 months without using it.
If you are receiving benefits when your card expires, U.S. Bank will automatically mail you a new card.
You can use your ReliaCard to:
- Make retail purchases anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Look for the Visa logo.
- Get cash back when you use your card for retail purchases at participating merchant locations. The amount of cash back may vary by store. Be sure to ask about cash-back limits before beginning your transaction.

What Is The Az Des Unemployment Debit Card
The AZ DES Unemployment Debit Card is used by the Arizona Department of Economic Security to pay unemployment benefits.
It is a Visa Card issued by Bank of America.
If you are approved for Unemployment Insurance benefits in Arizona, your benefit payments are applied to this debit card issued to you through the Bank of America.
You do not need to have a bank account to get and use the Debit Card.
Purchases and withdrawals are limited to the balance on your card.
You can then use the Debit Card to make purchases or withdrawals until the funds are exhausted.
The Debit Card is valid for three years.
How To Sign Up For A Debit Card
- You can sign up for a debit card at the time you apply for unemployment benefits or after youve applied.
