What Can I Do If I Received Notice Of Dtf

If you receive note DTF-960-E but did not arrange for unemployment benefits and you think may be a victim of fraud or identity theft, follow these steps:

  • File a fraud report with NYS DOL at on.ny.gov/uifraud stating that you received this letter from the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance.
